Motion - Suzanne Chapman motioned to accept the December 12, 2012; January 8, 2013 Meeting Minutes; January 15, 2013 Special Meeting minutes and January 17th vote for Quick Book Payroll Katherine Kalagher-Ryan

Communication
Friends of the Willington Library have donated an Air Incubation unit to hatch eggs. This will be in the library to hatch eggs and educate children.
Director’s Report
Director’s Report reviewed and discussed.
The Library Wine Tasting is scheduled for May 18th, 2013.
The Charities of Hope Collection Box was discussed and deemed not appropriate at this time.
Kelly from DCS Energy will be invited to attend a WLB meeting during the 2013 year.
Brittany McDougle and Roberta Passardi would like to attend the CLA Conference 2013 in Cromwell from April 29, 2013 – April 30th.
Motion – Suzanne Chapman motioned that the library contribute no more than $575.00 for Brittany and Rob to attend the conference.

Treasurer’s Report
Suzanne Chapman presented the Treasurer’s Report. Reviewed and Discussed.
Old Business
Job Description Policies and Procedures reviewed for Director and Library Assistant I, II, Library Aide, Library Page, Custodian and Bookkeeper.
New Business
The Library Budget has been submitted. This will be reviewed by the Board of Finance Meeting on February 28, 2013 @ 7.
